According to the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment standards Administration, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs' Regulations sited in CFR 60-250.5, 11 "The contractor (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Ö±²¥) will include in every subcontract or purchase order of $25,000 or more the following statement, or similar statement.
